The train runs along the main canyon from Chihuahua to Los Mochis and takes about 15 hours to complete.

The last Cotahuasi Canyon is located near Arequipa and is the deepest canyon in the world at about 3535 meters deep, which is 335 meters deeper than the Coca Canyon. The Kotahuaxi Gorge is formed by the erosion of the two mountain ranges by the water of the Kotahuaxi River for a long time. The canyon is deep and long. The Kotahuaxi Gorge is like a long snake that snakes and crawls between two high mountains.
