U.S. stocks rebounded, and technology stocks rose sharply.


Mercadolibre rose more than 12.3%, ATLASSIAN, Tesla, and other stocks followed suit, the Nasdaq ETF (513100) rose more than 2.7%, and the turnover exceeded 100 million yuan.


On October 17, local time, the three major U.S. stock indexes rebounded across the board, with sectors such as technology and finance generally rising, and Tesla soaring more than 7%.


According to data, as of the close, the Dow rose 1.86% to 30,185.82 points; the S&P 500 rose 2.65% to 3,677.95 points; the Nasdaq rose 3.43% to 10,675.8 points.


The technology sector strengthened sharply, with Meta up 5.7%, Amazon up 6.5%, Apple up nearly 3%, Microsoft up nearly 4%, Google parent Alphabet up 3.5%, Netflix up 6.6%, and Tesla up 7%.


U.S. stocks rose sharply as major third-quarter earnings reports eased some of the investors' concerns. At present, the market has temporarily accepted and digested the expectation that the relevant US departments will continue to raise interest rates, so US stocks have rebounded.


Where there is volatility, there is opportunity. Not to mention such a big fluctuation! On Oct. 14, the S&P 500 posted its biggest intraday gain since the 2020 turbulence that saw the index approach its March 2020 low.


On October 15, the index gave up a large portion of its gains.
